a sign?!

In my current job I need to build various app, flash sites, social media apps and use various agencies to do this.

I’ve just had a meeting with one of these companies and think, maybe, just maybe I may have found my developer for the ideas. Or team that is.

Hope so anyway, still back on the PHP training….

Here we go.

I guess I’m not the first person to decide a blog would be a good idea to document their startup.

I’m doing it for two reasons :

  1. If I promote this to friends and family it will encourage me to keep at it. They can come here and hopefully comment on my progress – or just give me money…
  2. When I make it, my biography writers can just use this as reference

I currently work, strangely enough I love what I do. It’s not one of those hate my job and must work for myself scenarios but more a longterm plan. Career wise, I’ve done alright, I’ve climbed the ladder and I’ve worked on amazing projects. This is the next step.

I’m reading a few books relating to this, and there are some amazing tips and learnings.

The first one is to not keep you’re ideas secret, get them out there, get peoples opinions, get input from industry.

So having said that, here are the names or working titles of my projects. Not sure which one will roll out first or make it through and some are working titles.

  • PENFOLD ( formerly known as endofplayfriday.com)
  • dBatur
  • Devidea
  • Choon
  • QWKSurvey / QWKPoll

I know at first I will probably have to concentrate on getting one up and running, just get it out there.

Once I see which one starts to come together quicker I will be explaining what it does, or is supposed to do.

Remember these names, hopefully you will be using one or two of them if things go to plan.

so… as the title suggests.

Here we go…
